What the site is for
The site presents IDEACTIVO's services, work and approach. Its content is informational: it is not a binding commercial offer or professional advice for your specific situation. Services are engaged through a separate proposal or contract, which prevails over anything on the site. The site does not sell products or take payments.
Acceptable use
You may browse, read and share links to the site. You may not:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm IDEACTIVO or others;
- try to access non-public areas, servers or systems, or interfere with how the site works;
- copy content in bulk or by automated means to reproduce or resell it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, images, videos and the IDEACTIVO brand belong to IDEACTIVO or are used with permission from their owners, and are protected by Costa Rica's Copyright and Related Rights Law, Law 6683 (Ley 6683 de Derechos de Autor y Derechos Conexos), and by applicable international treaties. You may quote short excerpts for informational purposes if you credit the source and link to the site. Any other use requires prior written permission.
Trademarks, logos and work belonging to clients and third parties shown in our case studies are the property of their respective owners and appear only as a reference of our work.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies. WhatsApp is a Meta service governed by its own terms.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, IDEACTIVO is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, from decisions based only on its content, or from being unable to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica. If you use the site from the United States or another country, nothing in these terms limits any rights the laws where you live give you that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and the published version is the one in effect.
