Digital experiences people understand at first glance and act on.
UX/UI design is the discipline that shapes how a digital product works (UX, user experience) and how it looks and feels in use (UI, user interface). At IDEACTIVO we combine Design Thinking with real-user testing to understand how people interact with your brand, then design websites, apps and platforms that feel natural.

What's included
- UX research: interviews, usage analysis and a review of the current experience.
- Personas and journeys: who your users are, what they need and how they move through each stage.
- UX strategy: experience priorities aligned with business goals.
- Information architecture: structure, navigation and content that are easy to find.
- Wireframes and prototypes: from low-fidelity sketches to interactive prototypes.
- User testing: validation with real people before development starts.
- Interface and interaction design: components, states, micro-interactions and UX copy.
- Design systems: component libraries and usage guidelines that let you scale consistently.
Who it's for
Teams about to build or redesign a website, app or platform, and digital products that get traffic but don't convert.
We have experience in industries where trust is everything, such as banking, fintech and automotive, where simplifying complex journeys is the difference between a user who drops off and one who finishes the task.
Case study
Dove Skin Check: a top 5 TikTok effect
For Dove Central America we designed an interactive experience: a TikTok effect and a landing page that help each person identify their skin type. The effect reached the top 5 on TikTok with more than 400,000 views.

What is the difference between UX and UI?
UX, or user experience, makes sure a product is useful and easy to use: structure, flows, content and tasks. UI, or user interface, covers the visual and interactive layer: typography, color, components and states. Good results need both, which is why we design them together within the same team.
Why test with users before development?
Because fixing a problem in a prototype is far faster than fixing it in a site that is already built. Testing with real users shows where people get confused, what they can't find and what stops them, so the design can be adjusted with evidence before you invest in development.
What is a design system and when do I need one?
A design system is a library of components, styles and usage rules that keeps a brand consistent across all its digital products. You need one when several teams design or build in parallel, or when you run multiple websites and apps, because it speeds up the work and prevents inconsistencies.
